Wir sind ein im Jahr 1987 gegründetes eigenständiges und voll lizenziertes Reisebüro. Unser Hauptsitz befindet sich in Mannheim. Darüber hinaus haben wir Nebenstellen in Kaiserslautern und Ramstein.

Durch unser unabhängiges und dynamisches Unternehmen sind wir jederzeit in der Lage flexibel zu agieren und unseren Kunden den besten Service vor, während und nach der Reise zu bieten. Hierfür vermitteln wir sowohl eigene als auch fremde Reiseprodukte für Mietwagen, Hotels, Flüge und Kreuzfahrten als Einzelleistungen, vorpaketierte oder dynamisch paketierte Pauschalreise.

Über die langjährige Erfahrung haben wir uns im USA Markt auf den Verkauf von Flugtickets spezialisiert. 

Außerdem bedienen wir einen Teil der Militärcommunity und sind präsent auf verschiedenen Veranstaltungen und Events.   


Deine Aufgaben
Zusammen mit einem Team von Reiseexperten berätst Du Kunden am Telefon oder per Mail. Du kümmerst Dich um deren Anliegen und verhilfst Ihnen dabei Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich zu gestalten! Dabei ist ein pofessioneller Umgang mit Kunden und serviceorientiertes Handeln gefragt. Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit unterstützt Du das Backoffice Team und übernimmst Aufgaben rund um die Bereitstellung und Beschaffung von Reiseleistungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist zuverlässig, offen, kommunikativ und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlichster Kulturen?
  • Du bist empathisch und kannst Dich in Situationen anderer gut hineinversetzen?
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und liebst das Erarbeiten von Lösungswegen bei Problemstellungen?
  • Bist Du ausdrucksstark und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift?

Travel agent for our agency

Fulltime - Permanent position

Your insight into our company: 

We are an independent and fully licensed travel agency founded in 1987. Our headquarters are in Mannheim. We also have other branch offices in Kaiserslautern, Ramstein, Vilseck and Florida USA. Thanks to beeing not part of a travel agency chain we are able to react flexible and dynamic to strucutual market adjustments.

Our flat hierarchy facilitates to offer our customers the best service before, during and after their trip. We arrange own and third-party travel products for rental cars, hotels and flights as well as individual services, pre-packaged or dynamically packetized tours. 

After many years of experience, we have specialized in the sale of airline tickets for the US market.  

We also serve part of the military community, offer them special flight conditions and are present at various events.   


Your tasks: 

Together with a team of around 20 travel experts, you will work in the consultation and sale of tourism products and services to private and business customers. Flight reservations are processed by you in various reservation systems from the customer inquiry to the issue of the ticket. In addition, you will book package tours through CRS-systems in cooperation with various tour operators or put them together by yourself according the customer´s requirements. Your workplace is at the sales counter or on the phone in the back office area.

Your Profile: 

Are you an open-minded, outgoing and sociable person enjoying dealing with different people and cultures?
You know how to express yourself fluently in German and Englisch?  

If you are experienced in customer service of the travel industry, knowledgeable of destinations, proficient in the use of various GDS- & CRS-systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, capable to work in team; Enthusiastic and passionate to learn.

Your tasks: 

Your area of ​​responsibility in our accounting is very diverse and will never be boring. You will get an insight into the accounts receivable as well as into the accounts payable.  

You will generate invoices and monitor accounts receivable for accuracy and payment, check open items, post receivables and credits, check incoming payments and assign them to accounts. 

Moreover, we would like to hear your voice and ideas in the implementation of structure and organization within your area of ​​responsibility. With your knowledge and competence, you will contribute to the operational and strategic decisions of our company. For your daily work we will give you a deep insight into the tourism industry. You will get to know the billing processes and commission models that are common in the industry.  

You will mainly work with al travel accounting software. For all other tasks, a specific level of knockledge in the use of Datev and Lexware as well as the handling of processing wages and salaries is necessary. You should also be familiar with the chart of accounts, T-accounts and P&L.
